My new go-to workout. I love that they are easy, uncomplicated workouts with a bonus of positivity! There are some free on YouTube.
AMSR videos provide a sense of well-being. They typically have a relaxing theme or "triggers" that some may describe as tingling feeling or calming sensations.

Again, another new addition but a much needed addition!!!! I pick one a day and read it in the morning and again at bedtime. It helps set an intention for the day and opens the evening for reflection.
This is GREAT for any meditation or falling to sleep to whatever soothes your soul! A friend recommended this to me and so happy she did!
